Italian Ice Bucket in Mid Century design by Mauro Manetti silver Swan. A collectors piece. Mauro Manetti was renowned for his superior craftsmanship of bar and tableware. His exquisite works focused on birds, animals and fruit. This stunning Swan gives the impression of movement. The graceful shape and detailed feathers move with the light. A separate lid on its back lifts off to reveal a white metal ice bowl inside. This metal bowl and the style of base indicates it is one of his earlier pieces of work as they later changed to plastic.
